A fairly new dwelling at Raykhut
Raykhut inhabitant. Houses were initially deserted
when we arrived but soon achieved occupants.
Manston (Aydam) airstrip. A major defended base for the launching of operations southwards towards the main area of conflict near to the PDRY border. Road from Thumrait was built and others fanned out from Manston to enable transport movement with supplies &CAD aid.
